Very cozy house of 81sqm in Santo Domingo in the center of Villa de Garafía, 300m above sea level. It is ideal for couples looking for something special in a rustic setting. It is allegedly the oldest house dating from ancient times in the area. It features the traditional L-shaped structure with a large, stately courtyard and an ancient cistern. The gardens (with barbecue!) are delimited by stonewalls. The stonewalls of the house and the wooden ceilings provide balanced pleasant temperatures, that is a slight cooling in the summer and a slight warming in winter. The house has two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. From here you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and experience beautiful sunsets. Under the large wooden roof of tea wood (Canary pine) hang pictures of the traditional life of the community Villa de Garafía. Pets are allowed. Los Hondos (4 pers.)
