This beautiful property is located in Serrungarina, just 20 min from the sea, in a quiet and panoramic spot surrounded by the green landscapes of the Marches.

It´s the ideal place for all those who want to enjoy relaxed holidays without having to renounce comfort. The villa is surrounded by 3 hectars of private land, where wine, fruit and olive trees have been planted. The big garden and two furnished patios invite you to eat outside or to relax near the beautiful private swimming pool (11x4,5m) surrounded by olive trees.

As the villa was originally designed to become the private home of the owner, all details are accurately finalized and only top quality materials have been used.

There is parking space on the property. The guests can use a BBQ, Wi-fi and digital TV. In just a few minutes by car you reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops.

The villa is on two levels.

First level: 2 living rooms, one of them with a studio couch for 2 people; furnished kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove); breakfast room; bath with shower; store-room.

Second level: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and big terrace; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; extra double bed on request, bathroom with bathtub.
